As a marine biologist from Nassau, Bahamas, I truly appreciate a comfortable and well-appointed space, especially while traveling for business. Access to reliable Wi-Fi, convenient luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception are essential for my busy schedule. My recent stay was a delightful surprise, marked by the exceptional attentiveness of the staff. Even though there was a language barrier with the Ukrainian staff, their friendliness transcended any communication difficulties. When I needed to extend my stay for an extra day, the host went above and beyond to accommodate me. Interacting with the concierge, Olga, was a highlight as her warmth made me feel welcome and helped me navigate the city effortlessly. In all, my experience was thoroughly enjoyable, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore the beautiful city of Odessa. You won't be disappointed!
